Doggie Bag™ - the barking, wiggling bag of fun for your dog! Yes, thats what its called, and oh my gosh, this is a totally fun, interactive, and engaging dog toy. Dexter The Dog got pretty silly playing with this one. Loads of fun. The cats were pretty interested too.
This dog toy wiggles, giggles, and jumps around. Inside the canvas bag is a plastic ball that takes batteries, and ignites with movement. I was afraid that a dog wouldnt have enough ump to get it to work, but as you can see in Dexters dog video, it turns on without much force. That said, Dexter is a 27lb dog, I wouldnt want a dog much smaller playing with this. The hard ball just might cause a concussion! This was a great find, and fun toy for Dexter.
You are going to need 3 AAA batteries, and a tiny screwdriver in order to get your Hyper Pet Toy activated.

Outward Hound Tail Teaser Review
Dexter The Dog really has been enjoying his Outward Hound Tail Teaser Dog Toy! Its a dog toy on a stick, that squeaks and is quite fun. As a professional dog trainer, Im always looking for fun ways to engage my dog, and ways for dog training clients to have fun and play with their pups.
If you are looking for a fun, motivational dog toy, I highly recommend checking this exercising dog training toy out. The Outward Hound Tail Teaser is a great toy that can be chased, tugged and is quite strong! The durable nylon chord and flexible, handle is great for tugging. You can twitch it around and make it move in erratic ways, great for enticing your dog, or cat to play.
I am so glad that I purchased this interactive dog toy for Dexter. Look at how much fun hes having.
P.S. He had even more fun off camera. Hes kind of camera shy. ;)
Cat Mate Pet Fountain Review
I purchased this fountain last month for my kitty Zeus. It was for his 2nd birthday and partly because he kept stealing my drink from the bedside table in the night. I don’t mind sharing, at first it was rather adorable. However Zeus can be a little monster and after a while if the glass was empty or he couldn’t reach what water was in there. He would push the glass off the bed side table and onto the floor in a tantrum! So I decided to look at alternatives to the boring water bowl he seemed to have grown to dislike so much recently. And that’s when I came across this nifty little invention, the Cat Mate Pet Fountain!
Let me tell you why both me and my cat LOVE this pet fountain.
Positives:
- Simple to set up
- It has a built in filter to remove chlorine from tap water
- The filters are cheap and easy to obtain
- It gives cats three different drinking options - the pool at the bottom, a smaller one at the top or the running fountain (which Zeus prefers)
- It’s quiet. I have it in my office and I barely register the noise from the pump
- Cheap compared to other cat fountains
- Easy to clean – dishwasher safe and easy to take apart
- It comes with a long lead which can be unplugged easily from the connector. So there is no need to unplug the whole thing when it comes to cleaning time
- It keeps the water oxygenated by pumping it around, unlike water from a normal bowl which loses its oxygen content over time
- The movement of the water ensures it is kept cool
- Zeus LOVES it
- It’s not the most visually appealing thing in the world
- It requires a weekly clean
- You need to change the filters once a month (more if you have more than one cat)

Pets On The Go Travel Bag Review
This week I took over Dexter The Dogs review. Since this review isnt something Dexter can eat, I figured Id be the best one to review Pets On The Go Travel Bag. Since Dexter and I travel a lot, and Dexter has a lot of gear I am thrilled to be able to talk about a dog travel bag. So, lets get to it.
The dog travel bag has a main pouch, two half-pockets on one side of the outside, a full-length pocket on the other side of the outside, and a length-adjustable carrying strap. Obviously, this dog bag is super cute and fits my personal style.
The biggest downside for me is that the main pouch is secured with a piece of
Velcro. I would have appreciated the main pouch to have a zipper so that Dexters belongings would be secure without a chance of falling out. When I travel and pack my small car, I never know how something is going to be backed, and sometimes my luggage is upside down. However, if you want to have easy reach-in access to be able to grab a toy or treat, this would work great.
The pet luggage is reinforced so it stands upright on its own, which made packing a breeze. The bag is also very light, about 1.4 pounds. Pets On The Go travel bags are made in the U.S.A. from military grade 1000 denier nylon Cordura. Which makes this bag tough, durable, washable, water repellent, and fade resistant.
Now that I have the Pets On The Go Travel Bag, Im ready to hit the road with my favorite side-kick. Our next big travel is in a few weeks, where I will be speaking at the World Of Pets Expo on treating dog separation anxiety. I cant wait to put this dog travel bag to the test. I have high hopes. I might even steal it from Dexter and use it as my own personal computer bag!
Pros: Durable, great size, lightweight, manufactured I n U.S.A. And super cute.
